We explore your symptoms, training, work, movement, previous injuries and goals to understand the factors contributing to how your body is functioning.

O — Observe

Assessment helps identify how your body is moving, responding to physical demands and compensating for areas of weakness or restriction.

Rather than focusing only on where you feel pain, treatment is guided by what your body is telling us.

M — Modify

No two appointments are the same.

Pressure, pace and technique are continually adapted throughout the session according to your body's response, ensuring treatment remains appropriate, effective and individual to you.

Treatment may focus on Performance, Recovery or Regulation—or a combination of all three.

The goal is to improve how your body moves, responds to physical demands and continues to perform beyond today's appointment.
