SOMA Therapy Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments at SOMA Therapy are reserved specifically for you.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.
This fee is deducted from the total cost of your session.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice can transfer the booking fee to a new time.

• Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the booking fee being retained.

• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at the full session fee.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other bookings. The full session fee will still apply.
